My recent stay at Pierre & Vacances was absolutely fantastic. The location was breathtaking, overlooking a beautiful river. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable self-catering experience. The highlight was definitely the large swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip on hot summer days. The staff were friendly and provided excellent recommendations, including a reliable taxi service. We also enjoyed the convenience of being able to order delicious takeaway items from the on-site restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Excellent location and the food at the complex restaurant was very tasty and well cooked.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is very convenient, being close to the beach and nearby villages, making it ideal for a family break. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities meet all the requirements. The rooms are comfortable and suitable for a family of three. The gated entrance provides a sense of security.

We stayed at Pierre & Vacances Les Rives De Cannes Mandelieu for a relaxing off-season getaway. The staff was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating. The location was excellent, situated along a beautiful river with stunning sunsets. The pool was clean and there was even a separate pool for small children. The apartments were cute and comfortable, with cozy beds and sofas. We enjoyed the on-site restaurant, although the music could get a bit loud on some nights. However, they always stopped before midnight. The hotel also provided a secure gated entrance and recommended a friendly taxi service, making our stay even more convenient.

The location of the hotel was great, with beautiful views of the river and boats passing by. The staff at the nearby Le Robinson restaurant were friendly and the food was delicious. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with reliable air conditioning and plenty of room to relax. The hotel provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere, perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunsets.

The pool water got cold quickly after rain, which was a downside. The facilities and amenities were limited, especially during the off-season.

Ground floor room with garden area, kids could play. Upgraded to larger room with bunk beds, youngest slept on sofa. Good spot, close to outside pool. Travelling around expensive, recommend hiring car. Quiet location, good for exploring. Basic decor, bathrooms need freshening. Musty room, had to air and spray perfume. Spending Christmas with my family was great! We enjoyed the stunning views of the area and the convenience of having a kitchen to cook our meals. The swimming pool was the highlight of our stay and the kids had a blast in it. It was great to have a private parking area and the nearby beaches were amazing.

There were some cons to our stay. We had some issues with the cleanliness of the room as we found some stains on the bed sheets.

Our new year stay was fantastic! The location was perfect, close to lots of great entertainment. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery surrounding the hotel, and the swimming pools were excellent. We also loved the apartment's kitchen, which was very well equipped for cooking up a storm.

That some of the facilities were closed due to the time of year, but that was to be expected. The apartment was a bit small for our liking, and we felt cramped at times.

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the ocean and situated on the Siagne river. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Amber transport is available and easy to use. Rooms are equipped with a functional kitchen.

The quality of the rooms is poor. Bathrooms need updating and frequently have musty odors.

I loved the location of this hotel - it was by the Siagne river and just a short walk from the ocean. The staff recommended a friendly and efficient transportation service called Amber Transport which made moving around the city very easy. There was also a large and beautiful pool which was perfect for relaxing and sunbathing, and a mini pool for very small children. Ordering food from the hotel restaurant was also great, as they had good takeaway options at fairly priced rates.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I always choose this place for my stay in Mandelieu-la-Napoule. The staff even helped me with bug spray. It has everything I need, like free Wi-Fi, free parking, a restaurant, and a seasonal outdoor pool. Perfect for my city trips.

We got great value for our money at Residence Pierre & Vacances. The room was lovely, with a beautiful view from our riverside apartment. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast selection could use some improvement.
